BILL'S BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 c. brown sugar 2 c. ketchup 1 tsp. barbecue spice 1 tbsp. vinegar (cider) 1 tsp. mustard (dry is better) Pinch of paprika Garlic salt to taste 1 tbsp. Wrights Liquid Smoke Louisiana Red Hot Sauce, if desired In a saute pan stir together ketchup and brown sugar - add the remaining ingredients, except for the liquid smoke - bring to a rolling boil - then simmer for 30 minutes. Add the liquid smoke after you simmer. |
