CHUCKWAGON CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 c. lima beans (drained)
1 3/4 c. pork and beans
8 oz. refrigerator biscuits
10 (1/2 inch) cubes American cheese or Cheddar
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. corn chips

Brown meat and pour off grease. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer while preparing biscuits. Place cheese cube in each biscuit, fold dough over cheese. Dip in milk and coat with crushed corn chips. Arrange around hot meat mixture and bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees.
