CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Cook chicken until done - cool. Pick meat off bone, cut up and put in long pan or dish.

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth, stir well (heat), pour over cut up chicken
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
Dash pepper

Stir well, spoon over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
