1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (21 oz.) Mrs. Richard's butterscotch caramel fudge ice cream topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 Heath candy bars

Bake cake as directed on box. Remove from oven and poke holes all over top of cake, pour caramel topping over cake, cool, spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
