LEFTOVER TURKEY | |
1 c. leftover gravy 1/3 c. tomato puree 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper 1/2 c. cooked potatoes, diced 1/3 c. cooked onions, diced 1/3 c. chopped celery, chopped 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed Combine gravy, puree, butter, sauce and salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add meat and vegetables. Pour hash into one large baking dish or 6 individual baking dishes. Cover top with grated cheese or with a light layer of bread crumbs. Brown in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
