BROCCOLI & CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook celery, onions and broccoli in 2 1/2 quart covered casserole in microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes; set aside.

Blend cottage cheese in blender, slowly add milk. Add chicken soup to cheese mixture. Add mixture to cooked vegetables. Microwave on high until heated through. Add salt and pepper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
