BROCCOLI & HATS | |
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 3 crushed garlic cloves 1 stick & 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. white wine Salt & pepper to taste 8 oz. hats (pasta), cooked al dente & drained Saute broccoli in butter and garlic until tender. Do not overcook. Add hats. Season with cheese, wine, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with extra cheese. Serves 2 as main dish or 4 as side dish. |
