BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round or sirloin steak
1 lg. onion
1 can mushrooms
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 canc beef consomme soup
2 pt. sour cream

Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Saute meat, mushrooms, and onions. Add soups and simmer about 2 hours. Add sour cream; simmer another hour (uncovered). Serve over wide egg noodles. Goes good with a spinach salad and fresh bread.
