1 box yellow cake mix
1 bar German chocolate, grated
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. carton sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Mix cake mix with chocolate chips and German chocolate. Add other ingredients. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Very moist and lots of gooey chocolate!
