MAZETTI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion or shallots
2 c. chopped celery
4 cans tomato soup
2 (8 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, not drained
1 (16 oz.) bag flat noodles
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute celery, onions and peppers; drain excess oil. Add soup to the above mixture. Boil noodles; drain and mix with mushrooms. Add cheese on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12 to 15. Easy.
