BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Eckrich sausage, crumbled
2 slices broken bread (1 inch diameter)
1 c. cheese, shredded
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

FIRST LAYER: Combine sausage, bread and cheese. Pour into a buttered 9 x 12 inch baking dish.

SECOND LAYER: Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over first mixture.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 people.
