MOM'S PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk mixed well into 2/3 c. oil

Mix all ingredients. Pat 2/3 of dough into an 8 x 9 inch pie pan. Fill with desired filling. Crumble remaining dough over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
