PORK CHOPS A L'ORANGE 
4 loin pork chops
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 can chicken with rice soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
butter

Brown pork chops in small quantity of butter. Put uncooked rice in 9x9 inch baking dish and pour orange juice on top of rice, patting rice down to wet but not soak. Place pork chops on top of rice and pour soup over all. Pour water over rice if it appears too dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Also good with chicken breast. Serve with Waldorf salad and potato pancakes with applesauce!
