ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 whole cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Brown pork chops on both sides. Drain oranges saving juice. Combine 1/2 cup juice with the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Cover and simmer gently 45 minutes or until tender.
