ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Brown pork chops on both sides. Drain oranges, saving juice. Combine juice with remaining ingredients, pour over pork chops. Place orange slices over top. Cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
