BECCA'S SALMON PEA WIGGLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby green peas, cooked by pkg. directions
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
2 c. white sauce (recipe below)

Mix peas, salmon and sauce. Heat 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over crackers, toast, potato or puff pastry shells.

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Dash of nutmeg

In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and dash of nutmeg. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
