PECAN TASSIES 
Pecans, finely chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 recipe individual tart shells

Tart Shells: Prepare according to recipe EXCEPT DO NOT BAKE before filling.

Sprinkle pecans in each cup. Mix eggs, brown sugar, butter, salt and vanilla until well blended. Spoon into cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes approximately 48.
