BAKED RAISIN RICE PUDDING | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. milk, scalded 1 1/4 c. cooked rice 1 c. raisins 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt. Gradually mix in milk. Add rice and raisins. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set in pan of hot water 1 inch deep. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour until set and lightly browned. |
