BROCCOLI SALAD 
broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces
Red onion, sliced
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bacon bits

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix dressing and pour over rest of ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, better overnight.
