SESAME HALIBUT | |
2 lbs. halibut fillets 1/4 c. orange juice 2 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 tsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted Two hours before meal time, rinse fish with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Cut fish into serving portions. In small bowl combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Pour mixture over fish, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning once. Remove fish, reserving marinade. Broil or barbeque fish. Baste with marinade, turning once during cooking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Heat marinade. Pour over fish. Top with sesame seeds. Serves 4-6. |
