SOUR CREAM HALIBUT OR SALMON 
1 c. white wine or sauterne
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. halibut or salmon fillets
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Dash paprika

Mix wine and salt and marinate fish for at least one hour. Drain fish and dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Mix together the next 5 ingredients. Sprinkle cheese over fish and spread mayonnaise mixture over cheese. Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs and paprika over the top. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes.
