EASY RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up or chicken parts
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 sm. jar Russian salad dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Skin chicken parts. Place in 9"x13" baking pan. In separate bowl mix preserves, dressing and onion soup mix. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with rice.
