2 (12 oz.) cans frozen grape juice, thawed purple or white 1/2 tsp. dry bread yeast 3 c. sugar LARGE balloon Mix grape juice, yeast and sugar. Pour into a 1 gallon jug. Add water to the neck of the jug and secure with a rubber band. Let stand 3 to 5 weeks. The balloon will swell as the wine ferments. Then it will deflate. Siphon or strain wine sometimes the balloon will burst. Just replace it. |
