PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
Water, according to pkg.

Debone pork chops; cut into bite-size pieces. Flour and brown on both sides in hot frying pan. Drain on paper towels and put aside. Spray 9x13 inch casserole dish with Pam. Spread combined uncooked rice over bottom of dish. Place pieces of meat evenly on top of rice. Pour water (as called for on package) over meat and rice. Sprinkle spice pack evenly over water. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rice and meat are tender.
