CHOCOLATE FROST 
1 c. flour (all purpose)
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts (toasted if desired)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping (frozen type such as Cool Whip)
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. INSTANT milk chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup nuts. Press with fingers into 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool Completely.

Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Spread this on baked crust.

Beat the pudding mix with the milk and spread this on Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.

Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Refrigerate.
