6 med. sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 can Carnation milk (do not dilute)
2 deep dish pie crusts

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
