HOMEMADE BREAD 
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. butter
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. milk

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water. Melt butter in milk, let cool before adding egg, sugar and yeast to it. Then add flour slowly, approximately 6 cups. May need more or less. Add flour until dough is stretchy. Let rise and then knead. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
