ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
2 c. Townhouse Cracker crumbs 1 stick melted butter Mix and place half of crumbs in casserole. 4 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk Make white sauce in microwave. Mix approximately 1 cup Velveeta cheese and 2 cans or equivalent fresh asparagus with sauce. Place in casserole and top with remainder of crumbs. Bake slowly until golden brown and bubbly. |
