PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. light brown sugar 2 c. white sugar 3/4 c. milk 1 sm. jar marshmallow fluff 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla In a large pot bring to a boil the sugars and milk. Cook at a rolling boil for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir to help prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla. Pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. The trick to this recipe is to make sure you have a rolling boil and keep it at the rolling boil for 3 1/2 minutes. |
