PUMPKIN SOUP 
1 butternut squash, peeled & cut up
3 med. green peppers, chopped
2 cans condensed chicken broth
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Dash pepper
2-3 dashes nutmeg

Place in large pot, bring to a boil. Reduce, simmer, uncovered 45 minutes. Put in blender in portions until smooth. Serves 6 to 8 people.
