3/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. M & M's
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in candy. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 9-10 minutes. Yum, Yum, Yum!
