LARGE PORK ROAST | |
Lg. pork roast, cubed 1 lb. yellow chili Garlic salt 1 lg. can tomatoes Take stems off chili and boil 10 minutes or until tender. Drain off water. Put chilies into blender along with can of tomatoes. Add garlic salt and blend. Cut pork into bite sized pieces and fry until brown. Add a little garlic salt to meat. Pour both meat and chili into pan and simmer. Serve on rice or with beans. |
