OUTDOOR MEATLOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. prepared mustard or hot pepper sauce whichever you prefer 2 tbsp. butter, butter or cooking oil Combine ground beef with other ingredients and shape into 1 large patty. Fry in butter in a large skillet, over low heat, about 15 minutes on each side. Serve with Vegetable Medley. |
