CHICKEN ALMOND CRISP | |
Flour tortilla crisp, 10 inch size Thaw flour tortilla. Drop into deep fryer at 340 degrees. Push star laddle into center of it. Hold down in fryer until it holds its shape (1 minute). Take laddle out and fill shell with fryer grease. Cook for 1 more minutes. Remove and drain well in French fry basket. Color must be light golden and must be crisp. |
