PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
4 slices bread, cubed and crust cut off
Cinnamon sugar

Beat eggs; add sugar to eggs. Then add flour to can of pineapple. Add pineapple mixture to egg mixture. Put in casserole dish (small to medium size). Layer bread cubes on top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
