PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
1 box butter cake made according to directions

Bake 2 layers and split each when cool.

FILLING:

4 c. diced fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. water

Cook until thick. Let cool.

1 c. sour cream

Stack and spread each layer with filling and then sour cream. Top last one with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
