PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted (1 stick) 3 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. finely chopped peanuts 1 pkg. chocolate almond bark 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Mix and squeeze into firm balls. Chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Melt 1 package chocolate almond bar and also 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips together in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate mixture with tongs or fork. Put candy on cookie sheets lined with wax paper. Let the candy cool and set. |
