BARB'S FUDGE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. quick oats
2 tsp. vanilla

Put sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring and scraping pan constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, oats and vanilla and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper, let set. Store in refrigerator; are also great frozen.
