CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 sm. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® fast cooking long grain wild rice
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Salt & pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to directions on package. Mix all ingredients. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes.
