MICROWAVE SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 lbs. pork (chops, ham, etc.), cubed
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 sm. green peppers, cut in strips

Put cornstarch and pork in dish and stir to coat pork well. Add rest of ingredients except green pepper. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Add pepper. Cover and cook until pepper is tender, about 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
