PIMENTO PEPPER CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped peppers
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients, mix green pepper and pimento. Stir in eggs and milk. Stir in oil. Bake in greased and floured pan at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
