CHILLED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can sm. peas
2 cans shoe peg corn (sm. white corn)
2 cans French cut green beans
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped carrots
3 oz. chopped pimento
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar

Combine all vegetables in casserole type dish. Boil for 1 minute - vinegar, oil and sugar. Cool and pour over salad. Refrigerate (overnight is best).
