PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans tidbit pineapple, drained (not sm. cans)
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Velveeta grated cheese
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix drained pineapple, sugar, flour, together. Add cheese and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Top with crackers. Melt butter and dribble on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown.
