CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
Salad oil
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 (1 1/2 lb.) chicken pieces
1 (15 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives
4 oz. cooked spaghetti

Mix first 4 ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 pound chicken; take meat off the bones and cut into bite size pieces. Heat oil in skillet; flour pieces of chicken and fry in oil until lightly brown. Heat spaghetti sauce and add that to the chicken, mushrooms, garlic, parsley, olives, and cooked spaghetti. Let simmer 30 minutes.
