CHILE CON QUESO 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chilies
1 can whole tomatoes, drained, then chopped fine
1 tbsp. dried minced onions
Chili without beans, deli chunk or canned (opt.)

Heat all ingredients together in chafing dish over boiler pan until cheese is melted and it is hot. Serve with corn chips.
