CHICKEN POT PIE | |
4 chicken breasts, boneless 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans chicken broth 1 lg. bag of frozen mixed vegetables 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. milk 1 stick softened butter Boil the chicken in one can of water and one can of the chicken broth until done. Drain and cut into cubes. Mix chicken and thawed vegetables and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and one can of chicken broth. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix in a separate bowl the flour, milk and butter. Pour this mixture on top of the chicken mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. |
