BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
3 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water

Mix all but roast in a roasting pan. Add roast and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours. Baste meat with sauce. Remove meat from sauce. When cool, shred with a fork. Add enough of the sauce to the meat to make it moist. Serve on hamburger buns.
