CHICKEN OR TUNA SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or tuna
1 c. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. diced onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. chow mein noodles (comes in sealed can)

Combine and chill an hour before serving.
