TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 bag egg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c. milk
1 jar pimentos
2 turkey legs
Corn bread

Directions for corn bread may be found on Alber's yellow cornmeal box.

Boil egg noodles for 20 minutes then drain. Boil turkey legs for about 45 minutes or until tender. Remove turkey from bone and combine the above ingredients and stir well. Season to taste. Once corn bread is baked, combine half with the casserole and use the remainder as a topping. Bake for about 30 minutes then serve.
