CABBAGE SLAW COLD 
3 lbs. cabbage
2 bell peppers
2 onions
Small can pimentos
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. salt

Chop up these ingredients and pour this mixture over them (heated). 2 c. water 2 c. sugar

Let stand for a while until cool; then refrigerate. Will keep up to 3 or 4 weeks. Makes enough slaw to last a good while.

This slaw is delicious with dried beans. Good with fish too.
